TIRE CHANGING OPERATOR

The Tire Change Operator is responsible for performing tire installation, removal, repair, and balancing services efficiently and safely. The role ensures vehicles are serviced to the highest standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, remove, and replace tires on vehicles using tire changing machines and hand tools.

Balance tires and wheels to ensure proper alignment and performance.

Inspect tires for wear, damage, and tread depth; report issues to the supervisor.

Repair punctures and minor damages when possible.

Ensure correct torque specifications when tightening wheel nuts/bolts.

Maintain cleanliness and order of the workshop and equipment.

Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment.

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹84,657.30 - ₹96,751.20 per month
