I visited Tira Mall of Asia Bangalore and interacted with Mercy Liam. Mercy is very knowledgeable and has a professional and friendly approach. She is better than many beauty consultants I have interacted with in the US and UK.

I wanted to gift a product from a different state and it was all possible because of the staff Manju. He was very supportive till the product was delivered. From the product verification, payment and delivery. Thanks and would like to visit your store sometime.

I have ordered a Neutrogena moisturizer n received a fake one ..and they rejected my return request..it's very sad to know ...they have shown least interest to solve it..u should not do this to customers..

Pathetic service. Everyone in the store were so rude and judgemental. I wanted to buy a lot but their attitude ruined my mood. I felt like I was disturbing some pathetic set of unprofessional people by going to the store. Very unprofessional. It's a shame to the management. Truly disappointing.

visited TIRA store in Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bangalore and I was happy to see how professional , friendly and knowledgeable Angela (staff member of Dyson team) was. She not only showed me the demo of the product but also interacted with great enthusiasm. And also showed me how to use products effectively.

Worst customer service provided at the tira store in mall of asia. The entire staffs available were busy in clicking group pictures. Have almost waited for 15 minutes for someone to help me out with products. Finally I had to leave the store due to unavailability of staffs.
