You will be part of the video production team at Filmbaker, a company located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. As a 3D Generalist, you will play a crucial role in bringing characters, environments, and motion graphics to life for various video projects such as commercials, promotional videos, social media content, and animated short films. Your passion for storytelling, attention to detail, and proficiency in industry-standard animation software will be key in this role. Your responsibilities will include creating high-quality 3D animations that exhibit smooth and realistic movement, developing characters, props, and environments for animations, collaborating with directors and designers to realize creative visions, and working on rigging, texturing, lighting, and rendering to deliver polished animations. Additionally, you will be expected to optimize animation assets for efficient production, edit and refine animations based on feedback, and stay updated with industry trends and emerging animation techniques. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a 3D Animator in video production or advertising, proficiency in software like Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D, a strong grasp of animation principles, and experience with rendering engines such as Arnold, Redshift, or Unreal Engine. Skills in creating motion graphics and visual effects, along with strong storytelling and timing abilities, will be beneficial. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting project deadlines, and showcase a portfolio or demo reel of relevant 3D work. This is a full-time position offering benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is fixed from Monday to Friday, with day shifts.
