We are currently looking for individuals with 3 to 8 years of total experience to join our team in Bangalore. As a Successfactors Reporting professional, your primary responsibilities will include interacting with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and effectively translating them into technical reporting solutions. You will be required to conduct fit gap analysis between business needs and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time-Off functionalities, configuring and optimizing respective modules in alignment with business blueprints and best practices. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and scripts to ensure the quality assurance of reporting solutions. Additionally, you will provide consulting services on HCM best practices and support, working hands-on with data models, XML, MDF foundation objects, business rules, and workflows. Your responsibilities will also involve supporting system translations and uploading translation packs as required for Employee Central Reporting, ensuring smooth operation and timely support for reporting while promptly addressing any issues that may arise. It will be essential to maintain up-to-date documentation for configurations and reporting solutions, serving as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Reporting focusing on Employee Central Core, Time-Off, and Employee Central Reporting. As part of our team, you will need to apply deep knowledge of Employee Central processes and data models within global organizations and utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements and reporting needs. Your contribution to continuous enhancements and support activities for SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions will be highly valued. Moreover, you are expected to leverage your experience in system configuration, data modeling, and HCM cloud best practices, while effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams. It is imperative to stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and recommend relevant improvements to enhance our reporting capabilities.
