You are a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor in the packaging industry, responsible for overseeing packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. With a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, you will manage manpower effectively, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely production. Your key responsibilities include supervising day-to-day packaging operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the timely execution of daily packaging schedules, and monitoring and controlling manpower allocation for optimal efficiency. You will maintain quality control standards, coordinate with maintenance and quality departments, and record production data accurately. Additionally, enforcing safety protocols, training packaging operators, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives are crucial aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in packaging/production supervision, with a Diploma or ITI preferred. Strong knowledge of packaging machinery, materials, and processes, along with the ability to lead a team and troubleshoot issues, is essential. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation, willingness to work in rotational shifts, good communication, and team coordination skills are also required. Experience in corrugated, FMCG, or manufacturing industry is preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
