Role & responsibilities Own entire project lifecycle: RFO, planning, execution, delivery Lead cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Quality, SCM, Procurement) Interface with customers and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) Coordinate with vendors and track machining/assembly schedules Drive cost, quality, and timeline adherence for all assigned programs Prepare status reports and participate in review meetings with leadership & clients Preferred candidate profile 1520 years of experience in Project / Program Management in core manufacturing Hands-on exposure to machining processes, precision components, and vendor coordination Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in Aerospace / Defense / Precision Engineering preferred Familiar with AS9100, PPAP, BOM handling, ERP/SAP tools
