Role: Kitchen/ Barista Team Member Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and ensure a positive customer experience. Drink Preparation: Prepare a variety of beverages, including fresh teas and iceblends, following brand recipes and maintaining high-quality standards. Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food items like bubble waffle pops and dips Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store, including the preparation and bar areas. Equipment Maintenance: Monitor brewing and other equipment, reporting any maintenance needs. Adherence to Standards: Comply with health and safety regulations and uphold brand standards for service and product quality. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong customer service skills: The ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive, welcoming attitude, especially during high-pressure situations. Attention to detail: Essential for accurately preparing drinks and handling payments. Teamwork and adaptability: A willingness to work closely with coworkers and adjust to varying store needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Must be able to handle rushes and prioritize tasks efficiently. Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
