As a WFM Manager, you will be responsible for managing workforce management modules and timekeeping integrations with a focus on UKG Workforce Management data models. With 4+ years of relevant experience, you will demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the Boomi integration platform and UKG Workforce Management configurations. Your key responsibilities will include implementing complex UKG Workforce Management modules, specifically Timekeeping, across multiple global regions such as US, Canada, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You will work closely on timekeeping integrations and analyses, ensuring the seamless integration of HR foundational objects. Throughout the hiring process, you can expect to go through screening rounds, technical evaluations, and final HR interviews. This position is currently filled, and you will be based in one of the following locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Kolkata.
