We are hiring a Java React Developer with 3.59 years of experience to develop secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a feature-based agile environment to deliver clean, testable, and production-ready code aligned with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities: Build secure and scalable web applications using best coding practices. Collaborate with feature team members and technical leads to achieve sprint goals. Actively engage in module-level discussions, breakdown user stories into testable tasks, and provide accurate estimates. Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) using Jasmine or similar frameworks. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement. Implement enterprise authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, M2M). Ensure delivery with minimal code review feedback and defects. Provide regular updates on progress, blockers, risks, and improvement areas. Must-Have Skills: Frontend: JavaScript (ES6+) ReactJS (Components, JSX, Props, State) HTML & CSS State management (Redux / Context API) RESTful API integration Jasmine or similar TDD frameworks Git/Version Control Backend (Basic Java knowledge preferred) Authentication: OAuth2 / Machine-to-Machine (M2M) Agile Development: Familiar with SCRUM / Kanban practices Team Leadership: Experience leading module teams or small project units
