As a Workday Consultant you will configure and maintain Workday Core HCM, Absence Management and Time tracking / Payroll modules, with broader understanding of regulatory compliance for regions / countries. Collaborate with Client’s Project team, HR/Absence and Time Partner(s), and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions. Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client expected business result. Troubleshoot system issues, investigate errors, and provide timely resolutions to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction. Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications including Payroll systems. Your primary responsibilities include: Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules, including but not limited toHuman Resources, Core Compensation, Reporting and Security. Manage and lead large/mid-size team and contribute to successful project delivery. Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications. Stay updated with Workday releases, new features, and industry trends, evaluating their impact, and proposing relevant system enhancements.
