Role Overview The Senior Zonal Manager is the front-facing problem solver and a crucial link between Supervisors, Cluster Managers, tenants, and the Director/Founder. They ensure smooth tenant relationships, resolve escalations, and maintain high occupancy and operational efficiency across zones. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate daily reports from Supervisors and Cluster Managers. Act as the primary problem solver for tenant-related issues, ensuring swift resolutions. Build and maintain positive tenant relationships across all managed properties. Ensure Supervisors and Cluster Managers follow SOPs and meet performance benchmarks. Conduct monthly performance reviews with Cluster Managers. Prepare and submit the Senior Zonal Manager Weekly Report to the Director/Founder. Escalate only critical, unresolved issues to the Director, with full context and solution attempts documented. Represent Time Realty as the face of operations to tenants, ensuring professionalism and trust. Reporting To: Director/Founder Work Mode: Hybrid (field visits + office reporting). Skills & Requirements 6–8 years of experience in property/real estate operations or hospitality management. Excellent leadership, people management, and tenant relationship skills. Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to balance operational oversight with strategic reporting to leadership. Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage large-scale operations.
