Job Title: Payroll Executive Department: Human Resources Location: [Insert Location] Reports To: Senior Manager Payroll Job Purpose: To ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee settlements, while adhering to organizational policies and compliance standards. The Payroll Executive will also be responsible for maintaining employee records and ensuring timely resolution of employee queries. Key Responsibilities: Attendance & Leave Management: Accurately update and maintain attendance and leave records in the HRMS. Regularly reconcile data to ensure zero discrepancies. Address and resolve grievances related to leave and attendance management within stipulated timelines. Full & Final Settlement: Process full and final settlements for exiting employees within defined turnaround time (TAT). Ensure accurate computation of dues and deductions. Issue post-settlement letters (experience letter, relieving letter, etc.) in a timely manner. Employee Letters: Ensure timely issuance of employee-related letters such as increment letters, promotion letters, confirmation letters, etc. Maintain records of all communication for audit and compliance. Audit Compliance: Ensure 100% closure of action points identified during internal and external HR audits. Maintain necessary documentation and support audit requirements within the defined timelines. Training & Development: Attend all mandatory trainings identified by the reporting manager and Learning & Development (L&D) team. Apply learned practices to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency.
