Address and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. Technical Support: Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support or quality reporting systems. Provide detailed reports and documentation for issues escalated. Calibration and Repair: For those assigned to in-house calibration or repair, perform these tasks at established company repair sites or service centers. Qualifications: Education: Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience: 12+ years of experience in a similar role. Skills : Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of IT solutions and products.
