Excellent! Perhaps I ordered incorrectly or they filled it wrong and I was short one of the kids doughnuts. Can't have that. Went inside and the manager gave me the missing pastry, regardless of whose error it was. Simple.

Ordered iced cap, they made an iced coffee so had to remake. Ordered 2 mik, 2 sugar coffee and got double double. Didn't notice coffee until we had left drive through so went in and had to wait in line behind 5 others. Ordered two things and both were wrong. Only good thing was the gentleman inside was nice and accommodating.

Always great people working there so kind and wholesome never had any problems. But after the first crew left they're not working there anymore... The newer staff that are there don't have the heart into it that they used to. Missing the original team.

We always get customized sandwiches and normally expect at least one thing to be wrong; these guys always get it right! Better than the fast food spots in kincardine for order accuracy. The bagels are always toasted perfectly too. Just wish they had jalapeño bagels lol

I've got coffee here quite a bit here in the last 2 months going through on the way to work and haven't got a good tasting coffee yet. They might be using dirty dish water or not cleaning there machines and pots idk but its terrible

Probably waited 10 mns. 2 people asked me to wait a minute, a third person came up to me, didn't say anything & walked away. So I walked away unnerved. This plus other experiences at this location tell me this is the worst Timms I've ever been to.
