I love the drinks here and have been a frequent customer for a while. However, I've encountered a recurring issue where they bill me for the wrong drink and make me pay more. This has happened five times already. Be careful while you order and always check the item billed. It's a great place, but this billing issue needs attention.

It's a good place to spend your time and have good drinks. They serve nice coffee and other beverages but the price is a bit high. Snacks are tasty too. They offer good service. The cafe has no washrooms. But there are common areas in the mall for that purpose. Overall it was a good experience.

I tried a double chocolate frappe and wasn't that great. It was more of whipping cream and dint feel that the quality of chocolate used was upto the mark. Not worth the price I paid

A very good place in entire kochi to hangout with friends and colleagues. Love the ambience, fast service and the food quality. Seating is so damn comfortable.
