20 minutes for 2 cappuccinos after 2 reminders at the counter. They can't handle the amount of customers and should downscale their operations to make it manageable. Coffee was NOT worth that wait definitely. And it was served in paper cups for dine-in. Back to 3rd Wave coffee for me ☕
