Lead Generation & Conversion Identify and qualify leads, convert prospects into customers, and upsell or cross-sell relevant tile products. Product Presentation Articulate the features, benefits, and appropriate applications of Ess Esss tile rangestep & riser, vitrified, roofing, etc.tailoring your pitch to fit customer needs. Database & CRM Management Accurately log all call details, customer interactions, orders, and required follow-ups in the CRM system. Sales Target Achievement Consistently meet—or exceed—daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Script Utilization & Adaptation Utilize company-provided call scripts as a foundation, but adapt your messaging dynamically based on customer responses. Objection Handling & Issue Escalation Handle objections with professionalism and coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, quality) to resolve customer issues. Relationship Development Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Interdepartmental Collaboration Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align on strategy and address customer requirements. Performance Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track conversion rates, call-to-sale ratios, and other KPIs; report performance periodically and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Market Awareness Stay informed about tile industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs to refine your sales approach. Preferred Candidate Profile Education At least a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Experience About 1–3 years in telesales or inside sales. Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or related sectors is a bonus. Language Skills Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Gujarati is advantageous. Communication Clear and persuasive in both speech and writing, with strong negotiation skills. Tech Savvy Comfortable using CRM systems, Excel, and phone systems. Sales Drive Track record of meeting targets, adapting messaging, and closing deals.
