Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an RCU (Recovery and Collections Unit) Executive, located in Bengaluru. The RCU Executive will be responsible for handling and managing recovery and collections activities. This includes interacting with clients, initiating recovery processes, negotiating settlements, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. The executive will also collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations. Qualifications Experience in recovery and collections management Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation Understanding of legal and compliance regulations related to collections Proficiency in using relevant software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
