You should have a strong understanding of assembly, testing, painting, and packing processes, particularly in Engine, Genset, and Fabrication shops. Familiarity with tightening techniques, fastening tools, work holding devices, and GD&T is essential. Proficiency in interpreting component and assembly drawings, Engine and Genset terminology, machining processes, and costing is required. Experience with sheet metal working, tooling, Auto Cad, 3D software, and Manufacturing Module in Oracle is preferred. Hands-on experience with PLM (Manufacturing BOM, Engineering BOM) and knowledge of systems like ISO/TS, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, EHS, Kaizen, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices are important. You should be proactive, innovative, a team player, analytical, and possess strong business acumen. Knowledge of the latest IOT-enabled tightening tools and techniques would be advantageous.,
