TIG Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced TIG Welder with expertise in welding boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, sheet metal, and piping systems. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of welding techniques, safety procedures, and fabrication standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship for industrial and manufacturing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding (GTAW) on stainless steel, carbon steel, and other alloys for boilers, tanks, pipelines, and sheet metal structures.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair sheet metal and piping components as per design specifications.
• Conduct welding on pressure parts following ASME standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and ensure proper setup of gas, torch, and filler materials.
• Work collaboratively with fabricators, fitters, and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder in boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, pipelines, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes (TIG, MIG, Arc welding)
• Ability to weld in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead, horizontal).
• Proficiency in using measuring tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision welding.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Certification in TIG Welding / ASME / IBR (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
