Maintain daily bookkeeping of sales, expenses, and vendor payments. Track and reconcile online payments (UPI, cards, aggregators) and cash collections. Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements. Manage payroll for kitchen staff, delivery personnel, and support team. Work with management to budget and forecast costs for growth and scaling. Identify areas of leakage or overspending and suggest corrective measures.
