Excellence Leads and drive horizontal replication of BPTs Development/consolidations of plant Presentations Reduction of Scheduled and unscheduled downtimes as per AOP by partnering with respective functions such as ENG, Manufacturing Unlocking solutions to achieve plant P2P targets Responsibilities Accountability OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:Qualifications TPM Implementation in the plant Prepare Master plan for TPM implementation Develop and standardize the TPM formats for FLI Plan basic policy & target setting Organize the Plant Project teams Attend and coordinate the Steering committee meetings Work out plan to promote individual pillar Set targets for individual circle linked to pillar target Develop the JH circles for plantSupport JH circles to meet the JH Master Plan Establish Loss Monitoring system to set up plant benchmark based on key indices of PQCDSM Identify Losses based on 16 losses & Prepare PQCDSM targets for Plant Establish loss data monitoring system in plant Regular feedback to all pillar on targets vs. actual Facilitate 5S activity in the plant Implement 5S in Packaging & Process Implement 5S in Process & Packaging Regular audit and feedback to all circles Internalizing the circle culture Develop Training modules and promotion material on 5S JH Step 1,2,3 Why- Why Analysis Shop Floor Engagement: Training of new joinees Providing timely feedback to employees on the performance reviews Counselling of employees On the job training for enabling multiskilling. Experience/Competencies Required Any Engineering Graduate from Tier- A engineering institute with min 8 years experience into processes and leading the people; (Mech., Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Instrumentation) Should have TPM experience of Min 5 years with a system process driven organization; only from Manufacturing set-up Analytical skills Process orientation Strong Presentation and communication skills Strong persuasive and influencing ability; Strong connect with Shopfloor teams

Engaging with marketing team for tie-up events and associations. Responsible for training, deployment and evaluation of the third-party employees. Market visit adherence and reporting Ensuring the visit frequency and coverage of the outlets in the territory is as per set norms and daily journey plan. Responsible for the correct and timely submission of the claims and daily sales report and relevant repots. Keep a track on the competitor's activity and report the same to the reporting manager.

Atleast 10+ yrs experience in ADAS, Cockpit, EPAS systems Extensive experience and hands on in C/C++ Atleast 10+ years of experience in Automotive engineering 10+ years of industry experience in embedded software, especially in the automotive domain Strong understanding of QNX/Linux operating system and hands-on experience with QNX/Linux device driver development 10+ years of experience in the field of ADAS Driving Functions, Firmware and Embedded Systems design and development. Experience in defining the business strategies, creating road map for the ADAS Segment Leads, guides and directs a large group of technical employees responsible for engineering deliverables in support of the organization's business objectives. Experience with ADAS DMS (Driver Monitoring system)-Detection of automotive vehicles drivers head and identifying and notification of alertness of driver to the system Driving key POCs, including Parking Stack bring-up on multiple SoCs and in-vehicle platforms, enhancing product scalability and technical innovation, in readiness for Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) architecture.
