As part of our team, you will be responsible for processing Airline Ticketing, both Domestic and International, for RCDL Aircrew and Senior Management Team members. Your key tasks will include choosing the most cost-effective fares, reissuing, rebooking, or canceling flight tickets as per requirements, and tracking refunds for canceled tickets. Additionally, you will ensure timely processing of Foreign Exchange for aircrew and the team, providing 24/7 support to ensure uninterrupted travel service for Aircrew and Support teams. To excel in this role, you should have a prior working experience of 5 to 7 years with Online Travel Agents (OTAs), Travel Agency, or Airline in Reservations/Ticketing functions/Travel house desk. Your expertise in Airline Ticketing and knowledge of Domestic and International travel regulations will be crucial for success in this position. While not mandatory, experience with Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and strong customer service skills would be considered as preferred skills for this role.
