You will be joining the operations team at IndiaEve.com, a leading event listing and ticket booking platform under Aabasoft. Your primary responsibilities will include researching and adding events to our platform, managing ticketing processes, coordinating with event organizers, updating social media platforms, and creating event posters. Your role will require you to research, identify, and list various events on IndiaEve.com. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing ticketing processes, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring effective communication with event organizers to obtain accurate information and provide necessary support. You will also be tasked with creating visually appealing event posters using tools like Canva or Photoshop, as well as assisting in the management of social media pages by posting event-related updates. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fulfill this role. Good communication skills, keen attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will have a Graduate/Diploma qualification, although freshers are also welcome to apply. Basic computer and internet skills are required, along with a foundational knowledge of design tools (training will be provided) and familiarity with social media management.
