Job Description

Role Overview: You will be required to utilize your knowledge of Amadeus (GDS) and relevant qualifications in Tours and Travel to perform various tasks. Your excellent communication skills, flexibility to work, and analytical abilities will be essential in comparing ticket and hotel rates across different platforms to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Handle Foreign Exchange and Travel Insurance - Manage web check-in and seat allocation - Make Train Bookings - Negotiate with travel agencies, hotels, and cab vendors for flight changes, hotel extensions, and extended vehicle requirements in case of an official trip extension - Attend to telephone calls promptly and respond in a timely manner - Receive and organize daily mail, deliveries, and couriers - Update appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and make bookings for conference rooms and projectors - Maintain the notice board with updates on thought of the day and other event activities - Coordinate with the Accounts executive and ensure tasks are completed - Establish and manage an accurate filing system Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any stream with relevant qualifications in Tours and Travel - Experience in the field - Proficiency in using travel portals and comparing rates - Internet savvy - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to negotiate effectively Please note that this job is full-time and the benefits include cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, internet reimbursement, and paid time off. The work location is in person.,
