As an Air Ticketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to book and manage reservations for flights while providing exceptional customer support. In this role, you will also collaborate with travel agents, handle customer queries, and ensure a seamless ticketing process. Your duties will include issuing and reissuing tickets, providing information on prices, availability, and flight timings, and addressing customer queries and ticketing issues promptly. It is crucial to maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions to ensure a high level of service. Additionally, you will work closely with team members to enhance the ticketing process, support travel agents with booking, cancellation, and refunds, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Capturing and applying agent feedback will also be part of your responsibilities. This position requires at least 1 year of experience in a travel agency, and proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, English, and Malayalam languages is preferred. A Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education level is also preferred. The job is based in Mangalore, Karnataka, and the ability to commute or relocate to the area is necessary. The work schedule is during day shifts, with a performance bonus included. You should be willing to travel up to 75% of the time and the expected start date for this position is on 17/03/2025. If you have experience in B2B sales, this would be an added advantage for this role.
