Job Description

.Booking of terminal ticket, entering customer information into a system to update records or issue tickets. · Processing boarding passes and checking identification of passengers prior to allowing them to enter the terminal · Ensure all passengers and vehicles have the appropriate tickets prior to boarding · Execute daily checks of the facility to ensure cleanliness and safety; take immediate corrective action as necessary. · Pre-scan all passenger and vehicle online tickets prior to all departures from the Mumbai Terminal in order to expedite the loading of the vessel · Present professional level of customer service and appearance to all passengers. · Communicating with customers to answer questions about tickets, pricing, or ferry schedules Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/06/2025
