Location: Pune | Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat) Responsibilities:Attend walk-in clients, calls, and WhatsApp/online enquiries. Make outbound calls for follow-ups and assistance. Explain services, fee structure, and process to candidates. Screen candidate profiles as per job/immigration requirements. Schedule appointments and maintain enquiry records. Coordinate document collection and basic admin tasks. Support in WhatsApp/Email updates, job postings, and client reminders. Requirements:Graduate (any stream); freshers can apply. Good communication in English, Hindi & Marathi. Basic MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business knowledge. Pleasant personality, client-focused, and multitasking ability. Compensation:Salary: As per industry standards + incentives.
