Who We&aposre Looking For: A high-quality video editor who understands YouTube dynamics and can create engaging, fast-paced, and visually compelling videos for a diverse Gen-Z and millennial audience. You must know what hooks , retention , and pacing mean in YouTube terms and how to use them to craft a viral-worthy edit. ???? Responsibilities: Edit long-form (812 min) YouTube videos that hold audience attention Add motion graphics, titles, captions, b-rolls, memes, and sound effects Work with scripts, voiceovers, and stock/media assets to produce final cuts Understand pacing, storytelling, and retention techniques to increase watch time Collaborate closely with the content strategist and scriptwriter ????
