Key Responsibilities Manage the post-sales relationship with homebuyers from booking to possession. Act as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth documentation, payments, and registration . Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal) and developers for timely processing of agreements, loan disbursements, and compliance with RERA norms . Handle client queries, escalations, and requests with professionalism and empathy. Maintain and update CRM software / MIS reports on customer interactions, payment schedules, and closure status. Conduct periodic follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention . Support in organizing handover events, site visits, and customer engagement programs .
