About the Role Were seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in Three.js to build high performance, interactive 3D web applications. Youll work closely with our design and backend teams to deliver real-time visual experiences for use cases such as product configurators, training simulators, and enterprise digital twins. This is a strategic role where youll help lay the foundation for reusable components, rendering pipelines, and performance-optimized deployment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop 3D applications using Three.js and WebGL Translate 3D concepts and storyboards into interactive browser-based experiences Build reusable Three.js modules (loaders, animations, shaders, interactions) Integrate 3D content with APIs, UI elements, and dynamic data sources Optimize rendering performance for smooth cross-device compatibility Collaborate with designers and backend developers for seamless integration Ensure scalability, maintainability, and cross-browser compatibility Troubleshoot rendering and interaction issues in production builds Required Skills & Experience 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Three.js development Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks like React Solid understanding of 3D graphics fundamentals lighting, cameras, materials, and shaders Experience with 3D file formats (.glb, .gltf, .obj) and asset optimization Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern development workflows Strong debugging skills and attention to performance Good to Have Knowledge of XR frameworks (WebXR, A-Frame) or physics engines (Cannon.js) Exposure to 3D tools like Blender, Maya, or CAD-to-Three.js pipelines Experience with analytics/event tracking inside 3D environments Understanding of asset hosting, CDN optimization, and lazy loading for large scenes Previous work on interactive training modules, digital twins, or 3D product demos
