The Java Script Programmer is a skilled professional focused on the design and creation of software. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of software solutions from concept to completion. As an independent developer for a given project, you will solve challenging business problems and promote best practices while working collaboratively with the MRR Soft team, including the Project Manager, Tech lead, Testing Engineer, and other developers. You are expected to be a seasoned and proven leader in developing software in your given technology. Collaboration with the Tech lead and Project Manager to understand goals and objectives will be crucial in this role. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will assist in the design and development of Software Solutions using various Java Script & Dot net frameworks. Your understanding of the full software life cycle and strong knowledge in Design Methodology UML will be essential. Your key responsibilities will include performing coding to written technical specifications, investigating, analyzing, and documenting reported defects, as well as performing maintenance programming and correction of identified defects. You will create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses, while also supporting business development activities and adhering to the MRR Soft quality process. Additionally, you will develop applications based on customer requirements and industry standards, interact with test/quality assurance engineers to define test plans, identify and reproduce defects, and provide fixes as needed. Effective communication and presentation of all outputs to the project team, as well as client interaction to identify needs and define project objectives, will be part of your daily tasks. Researching standard extensions/solutions for common business applications, performing usability testing and assessment for projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction as a high priority will also be expected. Working knowledge of mobile development activity, web hosting solutions on IIS7, and experience with offshore onsite development processes are nice-to-have qualifications.
