The Technology Resilience Analyst role based in Hyderabad requires you to be in the office for 2 days per week. The ideal candidate should possess experience in BIA, BCP, Threat Modelling, and NIST. As a Technology Resilience Analyst, your main responsibility will be to deliver work packages related to application migration projects. Your tasks will include conducting IT Business Impact Analysis of applications to identify critical ones, reviewing Technology Resilience plans, advising application owners on defensive controls, and ensuring onboarding into Cyber Crisis plans. Your key responsibilities will involve conducting criticality assessments to evaluate the importance and vulnerabilities of applications and platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to conduct IT Business Impact Analysis assessments, facilitating workshops to determine the impact of disruptions on business operations, presenting analysis results, advising on defensive controls and contingency plans, assisting in the onboarding process of Cyber Crisis management, operating the Tech Resilience mailbox and ServiceNow BCM workgroup tickets, and updating records with accuracy and timeliness. The requirements for this role include working experience or certification in Information Technology, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, experience in risk assessments focused on application security risks, Business Impact Analysis, or threat modelling, understanding of Technology Resilience, Operational Recovery, Disaster Recovery, IT Service Continuity, and Cyber Recovery planning, knowledge of defensive controls aligned with NIST and ISO best practices, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and proficiency in English.,
