As a Manager at EY, you will be expected to spearhead a team of analysts, advanced analysts, seniors, and assistant managers. Your primary responsibilities will include engagement management, developing client relationships, and motivating the team. Your key responsibilities will involve signing all types of tax returns, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge, managing the engagement team, setting performance measurements, identifying and supporting new services, cross-selling extended services to clients, representing the sub-service line practice to external audiences, developing and supervising team members, demonstrating leadership and executive presence, communicating progress and project status to stakeholders, adhering to firm policies, creating high-performing teams, inspiring team members, coaching team members, and developing a flexible management style to meet diverse needs. To qualify for this role, you must be a graduate or postgraduate preferred, with certifications such as EA, CPA, or equivalent. Basic MS Office knowledge is also desirable. We are looking for candidates with proven capabilities of leading a team and working closely with clients of People Advisory Services within and outside EY.
