As a skilled Unity Developer with at least 3 years of experience in game development or interactive 3D applications, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing high-quality games or interactive applications using Unity3D. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable, and efficient C# code for gameplay mechanics, UI, and overall game logic. Additionally, you will implement game physics, AI behaviors, animations, and effects as required. Working with 3D models, assets, shaders, lighting, and rendering pipelines will be part of enhancing the visual quality of the game. You will integrate third-party plugins, SDKs, and APIs as needed, and optimize game performance across multiple platforms such as PC, mobile, VR, AR, and consoles. Collaboration with designers, artists, and other developers will be essential in bringing concepts to life. Your responsibilities will also include debugging and resolving technical issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks. If applicable, you will implement multiplayer networking solutions using frameworks like Photon, Mirror, or other relevant technologies. Staying updated with the latest trends in Unity development and game technologies is crucial for this role. The ideal candidate should possess 3+ years of hands-on experience in Unity3D development, proficiency in C# programming, and strong knowledge of game physics, UI frameworks, animation systems, and particle effects. Experience in profiling and optimizing games for performance is required, and familiarity with AR/VR development is preferred. Knowledge of multiplayer networking solutions, version control systems like Git, and mobile cross-platform development is necessary. Preferred qualifications for this position include experience in shader programming, knowledge of Unity DOTS and ECS architecture, familiarity with third-party assets like PlayFab, Firebase, and Unity Analytics, exposure to XR development, and understanding of AI and procedural generation techniques. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday and availability on weekends. The work location is in person.,
