Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Noida. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls for one of our product which we are selling online on various e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities including complaint handling, managing data of excel sheet, providing solution to customer upto full customer satisfaction. Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills Ability to provide excellent Customer Support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field Working location will be Sector 88, Noida Office Timings 10 am till 6 pm - (mon-sat) Salary Range 18000 - 24000 in hand. Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on sales experience, including direct customer engagement and successful deal closures. Location: The position is based at Phase-2, Noida. The role involves regular travel within the NCR region, with occasional outstation visits as required.
