PGO caters to diverse travelers and supports hosts in showcasing their properties, ensuring a seamless connection between guests and hosts. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Hospitality Staff located in Hyderabad. The Hospitality Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing daily operations in the food and beverage section. Tasks include taking guest orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with any guest inquiries or issues. The role demands a high level of communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Hospitality and Hospitality Service skills Food & Beverage service experience Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
