We connect interior designers, homeowners, and dealers through a curated digital catalog of premium home and interior products, enabling faster decisions and seamless execution. Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain our digital product catalog. You will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data for various interior products and dealers across the Thinkhome platform. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all listings showcased on our website and app. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update product information, pricing, specifications, and images on the Thinkhome platform Cross-check and validate product data received from dealers and brand partners Organize and clean large sets of data using Excel or Google Sheets Ensure accuracy, consistency, and correct formatting of listings Coordinate with the sales and onboarding team to prioritize catalog uploads Flag and correct data inconsistencies or duplicate entries Maintain confidentiality and security of all dealer and brand data Requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Ability to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency Good written communication skills in English Prior experience in data entry or admin work is a plus Interest or familiarity with interior products (tiles, lighting, furniture, etc.) is a bonus Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday Leave Policy: 1 leave per month (excluding Sundays) Probation Period: 3 months (2-week notice during probation
