Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets across all designated portfolios. Actively prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities with national and international clients. Present and sell a varied range of products and services, including toys, hotel packages, gifting solutions, international courses, and partnership opportunities for non-profit organizations. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse client base. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to contract closure. Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of each portfolio to different target audiences. Provide market feedback to leadership to aid in strategy and portfolio development. Candidate Profile Proven experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related field. Exceptional communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in an autonomous, semi-remote work environment.
