Business Development Intern – Website & IT Solutions Sales (Work from Home) Company: The Smile Media Pvt. Ltd. Location: Remote (Work from Home) About the Internship The Smile Media Pvt. Ltd. is seeking highly motivated Business Development Interns to promote and sell our Website Design, Development, and IT Solutions to businesses across India and international markets. This is a great opportunity to learn sales strategies and grow into a long-term role with us. Key Responsibilities Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach Pitch and sell website and IT solutions to potential clients Follow up with prospects and close deals Meet monthly sales targets with senior team support Who Can Apply Students or freshers interested in sales & marketing Good communication and persuasion skills Basic knowledge of websites & IT services (training provided) Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn Compensation (Stipend + Incentives + Salary) Performance-based stipend during internship Attractive incentives per sale closed Important: Initial payout will be project-based + incentives . After 2–3 months, based on your performance, you will be considered for a fixed salary + promotion + additional incentives .
