Your expertise should demonstrate proficiency in analyzing smaller, less-followed companies, a proven track record of generating successful investment ideas, and experience in a specialized sector will be advantageous. Additionally, you should hold an MBA or equivalent qualification in finance from a reputed institution, and certifications like CA, CFA, FRM, or NISM are preferred.
