As an FEA Analyst in the Oil & Gas domain, you will be responsible for conducting Structural/Thermo-structural/Fatigue analysis using your deep expertise. Your primary duties will include having a solid understanding of strength of materials, failure criteria, and engineering mechanics. You should be skilled in using Ansys Workbench, developing macros with Ansys APDL, and proficient in Structural (Linear and Non-Linear), Thermo-structural, and Fatigue Analysis. The ability to work with large assemblies and exposure to API 6A is desirable but not mandatory. Your role will involve performing FEA activities such as Pre-Processing, Solution, and Post-Processing, as well as conducting Hand Calculations and preparing simulation reports. To excel in this role, you are expected to bring expertise in FEA Fundamentals, a strong command of engineering tools and systems, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, as well as a critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
