Inspect cut parts for accuracy and quality using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. The role involves working closely with the production team to deliver accurate sheet metal designs and ensure smooth fabrication. Responsibilities: Create and modify 2D AutoCAD drawings for sheet metal fabrication. Design for laser cutting, CNC bending, and metal forming . Ensure drawings are accurate, production-ready, and cost-effective. Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve design issues. Maintain and update drawing records. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related). 1–4 years experience in AutoCAD drafting for sheet metal fabrication. Strong skills in AutoCAD 2D (3D knowledge a plus).
