General Responsibilities Presales: · Survey for Marketing resources · Search Engines for Leading Customers · Database Creation and follow ups. · Strategic Planning & Execution · Area Wise Plan – Where , when and what to do activities plan. · Understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sale · Daily planning and reports has to make to achieve the target customer · Finding Target Customers in Market. · Lead Generation has to be produced · Cold calling and fix up an appointment with the prospects. · Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries. · Introduce our products with catalogue and sending mails &follow ups · Meeting the prospects and give presentation about our product and get there requirements. · Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. · Preparing the quotation and negotiation with the client · Taking new orders from them and forwarded to processing unit. · Field visits to potential and existing customer Post Sales: · Sales order processing to production unit. · Development of sample and get approval, and closing the deal. · Production Follow up. · Achieving monthly sales target. · Monitoring Dispatch, Invoicing, Billing and Documentation. · Co-ordination between factory and the customer. · Handling Team of despatch and Packaging. · Taking care of delivery and collection of payment · Follow up of client and build good relationship with the client for future requirement. · Follow-up for orders, monitoring customers delivery schedules. · Outstanding payment follow up to your customer. · Ensure that the documentation for audit is completed on time, maintain all necessary documents and list them accordingly.
