Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the field of Exhausts & trending thermal parts. Must have experience of designing of catalyst converter, muffler and flex assembly. Profound Knowledge of Catia V5, 3D + 2D. • Knowledge in Teamcenter-PLM (One PLM) preferred. • Strong ability to provide solutions independently. • Familiar with the trending exhaust & thermal parts like HERS, EHRS, ITMM, SCR, TWC. • Expertise in renewable energy systems, energy efficiency solutions, or sustainable materials. • Strong foundation in engineering principles related to green technologies, such as electrical, mechanical, or environmental engineering. • Basic knowledge of mechanical parts and guidelines. • Knowledge of exhaust & thermal parts and its manufacturing. • Knowledge of the required development process. • Knowledge of relevant issue tracking systems. • Knowledge of requirements engineering process and tools. • 2D drawing Preparation, Tolerance Stack up analysis and GD&T • Material Selection • Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance specially in APAC region. • Design and data release for Development • Fundamentals of manufacturing process. • High ability to communicate. • high proactiveness ability to develop technical skills in team members for present and future prospect.
