As a Sales Engineer (Mechanical Engineering) at Filfab Corporation, you will be based in our Sales Office in Navi Mumbai and responsible for driving sales of Industrial Products in the field of Combustion fuel conditioning. Your role will involve achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, particularly in Thermal applications such as Boilers, Heaters, Ovens, turbines, Gas flow meters, Burners, and other Boiler accessories. You will engage with end customers, OEMs, distributors, and other channel partners, delivering technical presentations to showcase our high-technology imported industrial products. Your strong analytical skills will be essential in understanding and addressing the specific needs of potential clients, offering appropriate products, and providing sales and after-sales support. Proficiency in CRM programs like salesforce.com will enable you to effectively manage customer relationships and track key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with end customers and channel partners to understand their requirements. - Deliver technical presentations on products to potential clients. - Analyze process specifications to recommend suitable products. - Provide sales and after-sales support to customers. - Secure product orders, coordinate delivery, and renew orders. - Demonstrate how product improvements can enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Monitor and report key performance indicators related to product sales. - Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets consistently. Requirements: - 3-4 years of proven sales experience in Thermal applications mentioned. - Strong understanding of thermal engineering principles and relevant equipment. - Technical sales acumen to learn and promote high-technology industrial products. - Track record of exceeding sales targets. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively. - Proficiency in corporate productivity tools and web presentation tools. - Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong listening and presentation abilities. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
