As a Consultant Physiotherapist, you will lead the physiotherapy treatment and care plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to patients. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing physical issues, creating personalized treatment plans, performing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, monitoring patient progress, providing education and support to patients and their families, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and staying updated with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy. You will be expected to diagnose, assess, and treat patients with physical ailments and disabilities, develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals, perform therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and function, monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, provide education and support to patients and their families about the process, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, and stay updated with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy. The qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy, state licensure/certification to practice as a physiotherapist, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proven leadership and mentoring capabilities. Key skills for this role include Manual Therapy, Therapeutic Exercise, Patient Assessment, Treatment Planning, Pain Management, Patient Education, Team Collaboration, Ortho Rehabilitation, Neurological Rehabilitation, Geriatric Rehabilitation, and Paediatric Rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of experience in the field. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and fixed shift schedule. The location for this role is Pune, Maharashtra, and the ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required.
