Production: Assist in preparation of pastries, brownies, breads, cakes, and other baked goods. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes. Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and blenders. Assist in decorating and finishing desserts and brownies as per company standards. Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and workstations. Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines). Store ingredients properly to avoid spoilage. Operational Support: Support senior chefs in place and daily production tasks. Follow SOPs for ingredient usage and portion control. Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure proper baking. Inventory: Inform supervisor of low stock or expired items.
