**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and architect solutions that meet the business needs. - Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to the team. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Ensure the successful implementation of applications within the defined timeline and budget. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the project status. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor and guide junior team members. - Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's technical skills. **Qualification Required:** - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Knowledge of SAP modules and their integration. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP applications. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Recommendation: Familiarity with SAP CRM and SAP IS-U. - Solid grasp of data analysis and reporting tools. - Experience with data migration and data integration. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. *(Note: This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA and a 15 years full-time education.
