Job Description: Photo & Video Editor Location: Saket Nagar, Kanpur Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance Department: Creative / Media Production Reports To: Creative Director / Content Manager About the Role We’re looking for a talented and versatile Photo & Video Editor to join our creative team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the technical chops to bring ideas to life, we want to hear from you! This role requires proficiency in editing software and the ability to work independently on a range of projects—from cinematic wedding reels to branded social media content. Note: Candidates must have their own high-performance editing laptop equipped with industry-standard software. Responsibilities Edit high-quality photos and videos for weddings, events, ads, and social media campaigns Create cinematic transitions, color grades, and sound design that elevate storytelling Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content strategists to meet creative goals Organize and manage media assets, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery Adapt content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, websites, etc.) Stay updated on editing trends, visual effects, and platform-specific formats Maintain brand consistency across all visual content Requirements Proven experience in photo and video editing (portfolio required) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop (or equivalent tools) Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual aesthetics Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects Excellent communication and time management skills Own editing laptop with necessary software and storage capacity Bonus Skills Experience with cinematic wedding edits or branded content Knowledge of motion graphics and animation Familiarity with sound mixing and audio enhancement Creative input in storyboarding and visual planning What We Offer Competitive pay and flexible work arrangements Creative freedom and collaborative environment Opportunities to work on high-impact, emotionally resonant projects Growth potential within a dynamic creative team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
